Catered Boxed Lunches
Please note: All boxed lunches must be in either Category A or Category B. We cannot mix half and whole sandwiches. Please call (518) 822-9146 at least three days in advance for groups of 10 or more.
The Simplest Solution: Let us choose a selection of sandwiches and salads for your group.
Fillings
Turkey, roast beef, ham, chicken salad, tuna salad, or vegetarian. Served with light mayonnaise and mixed greens.
Breads
Multi-grain or rye bread, or a flour tortilla wrap
Salads
Pasta salad, fresh fruit salad, Cole slaw, or potato salad
Beverages
Bottled water, canned soda
BOXED LUNCH A
Half sandwich, two salads, chips, homemade cookie and brownie, beverage, paper napkin, plastic utensils
BOXED LUNCH B
Same as above, with whole sandwich and one salad.
