Known far and wide for hearty sandwiches, delicious soups, fresh salads, and friendly service, The Cascades is now under new ownership. The Warren Street storefront is closed, but we will reopening soon, in May 2024, as a food truck!
We know how much you loved The Cascades and we did, too. That’s why we’re keeping much of the menu the same and we worked with the previous owners to learn the recipes and precise ingredients. Our mobile venture allows for a fusion of flavors on the move, featuring familiar favorites, while embracing the spontaneity of street food culture.
If you’re looking for a quality artisan sandwich in Hudson, The Cascades is your place. We’re near all of the Hudson antique shops, art galleries, and one-of-a-kind retail stores. We’re close to Olana, the American Museum of Firefighting and the Amtrak station.

Sandwiches are our specialty. We use high-quality breads and meats in all our sandwiches and wraps. We also offer a nice selection of fresh salads, delicious New York bagels, homemade soups daily and fresh baked pastries. You’ll see that we take pride in the quality of our food, whether we’re preparing a single cup of coffee or a sandwich platter for 50.
